Receive a New System

If you’re moving to a home without an alarm system, we’ll get you set up with a new system for FREE:

  • Receive a new 3-1-1 system valued at over $500 (includes 3 door/window sensors, 1 motion sensor and 1 keypad, plus a keyfob)
  • Enjoy FREE installation and activation
  • PLUS, get 25% off all upgrades

All you have to do is agree to keep the service you trust and renew your contract for its original term. Your monthly rate will remain the same (unless you choose to add additional services).

This offer is available to customers with a 2-year Monitronics account history and up-to-date billing. Customer must renew contract for its original term or, if customer is out of term, sign a new 36-month contract at a minimum required monthly rate. Customer must be the owner of the new home site and must be within Monitronics service area. Cell communication for primary or backup monitoring is considered a service upgrade.

Activate an Existing System

If your new home already has an alarm system, we’ll work with you to get it up and running:

  •  If possible, we’ll activate the system without upgrades or equipment replacement—no need for a new contract
  • If upgrades or new equipment are required, we’ll give you $250 to cover the difference.  All you have to do is agree to keep the service you trust and renew your contract for its original term.

In both cases, your monthly rate will remain the same (unless you choose to add additional services).
